Our events are open to everyone, generally free to attend (or at least low-cost) and are nearly always hosted locally within the Church Crookham or Fleet areas. Our types of event include:
Open Days - Open days allow everyone to visit us, discover what we're about and get hands-on with some of our gadgets.
Workshops - Workshops focus on a particular hands-on topic, such as 'building a micro:bit buggy' or 'retro-gaming on the Raspberry Pi'. They are fun and informal.
Drop-In Sessions - Drop-in sessions allow people to book a time slot and come and talk to one of our technology industry professionals about all things tech.-related. This could be anything, from help with your GCSE Computer Science homework to discovering career paths in Cyber Security.
Lectures / Seminars - Lectures / seminars are more formal sessions whereby we have a guest speaker come and present / discuss a particular topic. People can book to attend a lecture / seminar based upon their interests.
Classes / Courses - Classes / courses are formal, instructor-led, education sessions designed to teach / reinforce a published programme of study. Courses consist of several classes, i.e. they require attendance at multiple sessions. For example, one class may reinforce a single topic from the GCSE Computer Science syllabus (in a single session), whereas one course may teach the principles of information security over several weeks (and perhaps targeting a recognised qualification). Head over to our Learn section to see our classes / courses.
